This role will suit someone who already has experience in either a relationship management or credit analyst role that wants to work in a the same environment for the next 5 years. Whilst the team around you will grow, develop new skills and move onto other areas you will remain stable and be seen as a senior mentor for other bankers in the team. This is a team that is constantly focused on promoting and career development. In the last 12 months the team has promoted 12 people into different roles within the bank. Ideally they are looking to add some experienced people into the team that would like stability and long term comfortable options.
