Our client is a large facilities management company who are responsible for managing project works for various Government Contracts. Due to the extra volume of work, we are seeking experienced supervisors of multiple jobs to join their team.

You will be responsible for;

• The effective delivery and supervision of project works
• The management of contractors
• Liaising with managers and all stakeholders to ensure contract compliance

We are seeking candidates who possess the ability to work under pressure and to deadline. You will also be able to build rapport, motivate and manage contractors in order to meet outcomes.
To be considered for this role you will have the proven ability to manage a number of projects simultaneously and be experienced in the supervision of various projects over multiple sites.

You will need to possess:

• A trades certificate
• Qualified Supervisors Certificate or Contractors License or Builders Licence
• Reliable vehicle (km's paid)
• Clear and fluent written and verbal communication skills
