My client is a leading build and civil contractor with a lengthy history in delivering ????? ????? The Role

Working closely with the pre-contract team including Business Development, Operations and Estimating you will be responsible for the compilation and creation of new submissions for construction projects up to $250m.

Specifically the role will involve collating and managing the technical information required, including working with the estimation department to ensure accurate cost estimates, other relevant internal departments and ensuring ????? ????? are met. 

There is a creative side to this role and will bring ????? ????? relevant information together in a format that presents the client with a cohesive submission to put the company in a good position to win the project.

The Candidate

You will need to firstly have excellent understanding and knowledge of the construction and engineering ????? ????? and how submissions are presented along with strong involvement in the creation of bids.  You will need the following skills:

         Advanced knowledge of MS Office, and Visio

         Experience in compiling presentations

         Analytical mind and good understanding of databases

         Excellent communication skills

         Creative flair for corporate communication and presentations

This is a newly created role and is timed to capitalize on the upturn in construction and the large number of build projects in Sydney that will come to fruition in the next couple of years.
