Contracts Administrator Orange - Civil and Structural Projects

Due to an exceptional growth period our client, one of Australia's top civil engineering ????? ????? seeking the services of first-class Contract Administrator for their Orange project office. This company is heavily involved in the B.E.R project and as such this is an exceptional opportunity to be a part of one of the biggest projects in this country.

This is your chance to develop your career with on of Australia's leading civil constructor in key position.

Responsibilities will include:

• Project documentation and financial reporting
• Administration of Progress Claims
• Management of subcontractor progress claims and variations
• Assist with project financial control
• Review of contractual documentation
• Management of procurement contracts for materials and labour supply

Skills & Qualifications:

• Sound knowledge of AS(??) ???? ???? (General Conditions of Contract)
• Civil or commercial construction contract administration experience
• High level use of spreadsheets
• A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Either currently residing or willing to relocate to Orange, NSW

Salary package for this role will include:

• Package Circa $120K on offer
