Business Services Accountant - Senior
Problem: Lacking a bit of one on one mentorship and structured training?
Solution:Work with one partner in particular from a big 4 Sydney practice, with great knowledge to pass on in terms of larger client involvement and managing complex workloads.
Receive one-on-one structured training from this Partner that covers all areas of technical knowledge, client consultation and staff management skills.
Exposure to “face to face” client meetings with the Partner will allow you to foster relationships in the early stages with this firm’s key local clients.
Also have specific “ in house” strategic training throughout the year where the staff can choose programs that suit their direction in terms of specialisation.
You should be degree qualified, and be progressing through your CPA or CA studies. 3 years experience in an Australian accounting firm. br />
