JOB DESCRIPTION: Excellent opportunity to commence a Business Administration Traineeship in the Eastern Suburbs has become available. If you have a genuine interest in the industry & are looking to begin a career then this is the traineeship for you. As an administration assistant your duties will include, but are not limited to: Meet & greet of clients; answering ????? ????? and providing information to assist clients; carry out word processing & data entry, invoicing, mail-outs, and general administration duties as required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: We are looking for a confident individual with a pleasant phone manner and good communication & problem solving skills. Someone who is able to work neatly & accurately and has the ability to multi-task and time manage effectively. Completion of year 12 and/or a certificate II in Business would be advantageous.
This is an ENTRY LEVEL position & you will be trained on the job. Although no previous experience is necessary, it will be highly regarded. Please DO NOT apply if you hold a Certificate IV or higher.
