Horticultural Team Leader

 

Greencall is the garden maintenance division of Eugene Gilligan Garden Design. We maintain gardens in central Melbourne and operate out of our Richmond office. Our maintenance team is involved in facilitating soft landscape installation and general maintenance of high end residential gardens.

 

We are looking for a Team Leader with a proven background in Horticulture, with formal qualifications and/ or maintenance, nursery or related horticultural experience. The position is suitable for a motivated, confident person who enjoys responsibility and ultimately enjoys working in the garden. Recent graduate with, positive attitude and willingness to learn will also be considered.

 

The position involves working closely with clients, designers, and a small maintenance team to coordinate and carry out horticultural tasks. Must have proven plant knowledge, general maintenance skills, ability to read plans, priorities, have an eye for detail and able give direction as well as learn form others.

 

Skill development and support is a valued part of Greencall, and the possibility of further varied roles is available.
