Helpdesk First Level Support / Administration

 

  • Richmond – parking on site or an easy walk to public transport

  • We are looking for a bright, energetic and talented Helpdesk First Level Support and Administration Officer who can provide first level support and take responsibility for some general administrative tasks for a small team.

     
    This role will see you logging internal helpdesk and maintenance calls, providing first level support to users, providing exceptional customer service to callers and doing ad hoc administrative duties such as preparing ????? ?????, filing and data entry. You will be also providing broader information and service support in relation to facilities, OH &S risks and mobile radio services. This role is on a temporary basis for 3-6 months and starts immediately.
     
    To secure this role, is ESSENTIAL that you have experience in first level support, administration skills, be a customer service professional, have excellent communications skills and have the ability to work as part of a small team.
