Retention Consultant *Rhodes Location* Base salary plus uncapped commission
$40k plus super + UNCAPPED commission

Sitting within the telecommunications industry the role of Retentions Officer will see you calling warm customers and offering ????? ????? deals on other products offered by a variety of different telco carriers.
To be successful in this role you will need to have:
· Outbound sales or retention experience
· Prior knowledge of telecommunications would be a bonus, aptitude to get across products essential
· A professional attitude and phone manner
· Self motivation and sales driven
· Passion for establishing and building rapport with customers
· Ability to work Monday to Friday from 10am till 6pm, with the opportunity to earn more on Saturdays (without any additional KPI's)
