TFC Therapies is an Allied Health management company. We are engaged by the Montefiore home to deliver excellence in the field of aged care. Together we are working to set a new bench-mark for standards in aged care in this country.

We have a vacancy for a full-time Physiotherapist to join our team in Sydneys Eastern Suburbs. This is a new position due to expansion of our service.

You will be working with a genuine experienced multi-disciplinary team comprising 5 Physiotherapists, 2 OTs, 2 Podiatrists, a Dietitian and a Speech Pathologist to deliver excellence in care to the frail aged at Montefiores 5-star, award winning facility in Randwick. There is also a community visiting role to the elderly in the surrounding community.

The Randwick facility includes the fabulous new purpose built Hydrotherapy centre. There is the opportunity for private Hydrotherapy work after hours.

Rotations include Hydrotherapy, Physiotherapy rehab gym, Outpatients clinic and Community visiting.

The position is Monday to Friday. There is no evening or weekend work required.

You will be managed by a supportive, experienced management team that emphasises best clinical practice and there will be ample opportunity for professional development.

Ideally you will have experience in aged care, and/or community work, however the primary requirement is that you work well in a team environment and have a practical approach to problem solving. You must have a valid driveres licence
