Our client is a market leader in providing consulting services and expert witnesses to government, commerce and the legal sector nationally. They are seeking an experienced and competent Administration Assistant to join their service-focussed team. The Administration Assistant is responsible for providing administration support to one Account Executive and the business in general, to ensure smooth progress of projects from initial enquiry to client invoicing. The main duties include: - Administration of paperwork which includes quotes and invoices.
- Format technical reports using relevant templates, including checking, printing, copying and binding.
- Proof read and edit large reports
- Maintain and update database
To be successful, you will have a proven track record in the preparation and editing of technical reports, ability to perform well under pressure, strong attention to detail and advanced skills in Microsoft Word with strong formatting and typing skills.
