Administrative Assistant - Part Time Contract
8 Month Contract with possible extension
22 hours per week
Randwick Location
Our client based in Randwick is currently seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to work at their offices based in Randwick.
Working with a team of professionals on a major government project you will be providing a high level of Administrative and Secretarial support to the Operations Manager.
The responsibilities associated with this position will include:-
- Reception duties
- Email and correspondence management
- Prepare information, resources and other printed material as required
- Review, implement and maintain a hard copy filing system
- Liaise with the IT Service Provider on an as needs basis
- Assist in Financial related tasks
- Provide back-up support to the Operations Manager on a daily basis
The ideal candidate will have:-
- Extensive administration experience preferably in the education sector
- Intermediate MS Office skills
- Highly developed written, verbal and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a cross cultural environment
