The centre operates as a not for profit organisation, and provides before and after school care during ????? ????? as well as vacation care in school holidays. It currently caters for 50 children aged 5-12 years of age, and there are plans in place to expand the centre to accommodate a minimum of 60 children.
The OOSH Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing and evaluating appropriate and engaging programs, managing staff and be a major contributor to the restructure of the service.
To be eligible for this role you will need to;
-Hold a completed and recognised Education qualification (for example Diploma of Children’s Services, Bachelor of Education or equivalent)
- Have recent experience managing an early childhood service
- Have highly developed communication skills, and the ability to positively manage staff and children
- Demonstrate a good working knowledge of relevant policies and current legislation
- Have experience with Quikkids CCMS functions
