Sales coach

 

We are seeking a person to join our all female call ????? ????? outlet who has had experience in coaching and guiding a call ????? ?????, or on site sales team.  We are not seeking a high level sales executive.  We want a person who takes pride and care in the management of their staff and can come to understand the uniqueness of our business.

We have a lot of fun, but ultimately we are a business so our processes and attitude has to be right when we are 'on the line'.  Whilst we are successful now we believe that our sales team are capable of  achieving more with the right guidance and coaching.  We work in an adult world and the person we are seeking would need to understand and be mature enough to see this as a business.  Our staff are our most important asset, we want them to be able to perform and obtain sales results that exceed all expectations.  Are you the person we are looking for???
