The Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced RN Div 1 [Grade 5] to coordinate and provide clinical support in a post-acute/rehabilitation transitional care program. Reporting to the Manager/DON, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest possible standards of nursing and personal care is given to each patient.
You:
You're an RN Div1 registered with the Nurses' Board of Victoria with sound clinical knowledge and are well experienced in Aged Care [ideally with a background in post acute/rehab]. This experience together with exceptional organisational skills, self motivation and flexibility will ensure your success in this role. A sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and superior communication skills (verbal and written) is also required.
