An excellent opportunity has arisen in our executive real estate agency for an PROPERTY OFFICER to join our small, enthusiastic, young & friendly team at our POTTS POINT OFFICE.
Ideally, we are looking for a quick learner who is enthusiastic & passionate about delivering excellent, reliable and friendly service to our clients! Scope for growth within this company is phenomenal in this fast growing industry.
In order to be successful in this position you will have the following experience, skills and personality traits:
- Current, unrestricted DRIVERS LICENSE.
- One year experience in Real Estate or Property Management
- CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION (OR VERY WILLING TO GET IT SOON AFTER EMPLOYMENT)
- Hands on, self-motivated individual, able to perform at a high level.
- Highly organised with fantastic time management skills. Able to delegate efficiently & confidently.
- Excellent communication skills. EXEMPLARY ENGLISH SPEAKING
- Extremely proactive manner and able to work well independently.
- Very good problem solver
- VERY KEEN INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY INDUSTRY
- You will have very competent experience in computer functions & systems
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- An outgoing and 'can-do' attitude
- Motivated by making targets & rewards!
In return, we are offering ????? ????? of $30,929K package (inclusive of super), depending on experience. Opportunity for progression for a committed, loyal, hard-worker.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
* Check & update daily timetables
* Update new reports into the system.
* Corresponding with tenants and property owners regarding various issues.
* Performing Final Inspections, Periodic Inspections and routine inspections.
* Organise & oversee work and property access to tradesmen for maintenance.
* Update inventory lists and condition reports
* Arrange weekly, fortnightly and departure cleaning. Delegate to relevant cleaners & after cleaning collect keys. Inspect & report on cleaning.
* Take phone calls, arrange meetings with valuers, photograpers, locksmiths etc.
* Administrative duties such as documentation, letter preparation, copying, scanning, emailing clients.
This position is Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5:30pm.
Half day off during ????? ????? and Saturday 10am to 3pm.
