Our client, operators of ultra luxury hotels in some of the most stunning locations, is looking for a pre-opening General Manager to oversee the operation of this Portuguese palace.

To be considered, you must have a luxury hotel/resort background, with a true passion for the delivery of exceptional guest service experiences. This is a true hands on assignment with the GM responsible for positively representing the management company and owners at all times. You will be familiar with dealing with a discerning clientele and will enjoy leading a local team.

This is a large property with extensive facilities and amenities. Although pre-opening experience is not essential, you must be able to drive motivation, guest satisfaction. Experience with Spa’s, F&B and or management of golfing resorts is highly regarded.

Candidates MUST be able to speak Portuguese fluently, with an ideal second language being English or Spanish.

Salary will negotiated for the successful candidate, though as a guide, $6000Euro per month + potential benefits. Please apply in confidence.
