With branches around Australia and New Zealand, Higgins Coatings is now proudly recognized as a leading painting contractor in the Commercial Painting contracting industry. We have experienced very strong growth over our 60 years, particularly over recent years.

 

We are currently seeking a suitably experienced Accounts Payable/Receivable Officer to join our Head Office team at Port Melbourne:

 

·         Strong Administration skills in the area of Accounts payable with proven record in Supplier payments and invoice processing

·         Ability to conduct reconciliation of Debtors and Creditors against GL accounts

·         Credit control/Cash collection and follow-up with Customers

·         Proficient user of Microsoft applications

·         Assisting the Finance/Accounts team

·         Strong Communication skills

·         Outstanding time Management

 

You will need to have a minimum of 5-10 years experience in a similar role, demonstrate excellent attention to detail along with a “can-do” attitude to work as part of our team.

 

Remuneration is negotiable.
