Outstanding opportunity for a highly skilled, degree qualified Finance Manager to join a high profile international freight forwarder and logistics provider based in Sydney with a global network. Located in the Port Botany surrounds you will be provided with on-site parking, a modern office environment and you will be supported by a team of accounting professionals.
As a key member of the Executive Team the primary objective of this role is to manage the finance function of the company and assist the CEO with the financial and management reporting, business planning a budgeting. With one direct report and the finance team reporting to you indirectly the key responsibilities of this exciting role are to control the management of the finance function of the business and all related accounting, taxation, finance, financial reporting, company secretarial, contracts and agreements, insurance and superannuation matters.
It is essential you are degree qualified, hold CPA/CA membership and have a minimum of 10 years accounting, company secretarial, corporate and business experience coupled with a sound understanding of freight forwarding and logistics industry including accounting for WIP and Job Accruals.
