In this diverse role you will provide both HR generalist and Recruitment support to the entire site ensuring ????? ????? procedures and initiatives are implemented and streamlined. In addition, you will provide advice and guidance with regards to performance management, employee entitlements and people systems.

What skills and experience do you need?
You will preferably be a qualified HR professional with significant HR and recruitment experience, particularly towards trades and labour. You’ll have a proven track record of providing practical on-site advice and you’ll have the capacity to work independently. You’ll have strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills enabling you to work effectively with people at all levels. A background working for a contractor is desirable, and you’ll have previous experience in working with performance management systems.
