Our client, a major company within the resources sector, is currently seeking a qualified Power Station Operator.

You will be expected to hit the ground running, therefore it is essential that you have strong experience operating a large coal or gas fired power stations always ensuring safe, efficient and reliable operation of the plant.

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Proven experience in the operation or large power stations.
• Intermediate or Advanced Boiler and Turbine Certificates (BA, TO & ES)
• Strong knowledge of power generation technology
• Fault finding and troubleshooting skills
• Strong safety ethic
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical

This is a six month contract FIFO from Perth, therefore WA based candidates are preferred. You  will be working a 2+1 roster with all accommodation and food provided while you are on site.
