Our client is one of Australia's largest multidisciplinary construction contractors that specialises in the delivery of complex and large scale projects for their clients. Due to the recent award of a significant oil and gas project, they have an immediate requirement for a Planner to work on this complex project.
This long-term role is a great opportunity to work in a glorious coastal location on THE project of the year. This is your chance to play an integral site-based role, working with the top-tier SMP contractor on site.
Demonstratable experience working on $100m + SMP construction projects previously will stand you in excellent stead for this position. Responsibilities within this role will be to monitor and maintain the construction project schedule for upgrade work as well as some maintenance planning. A prerequisite of this role is a thorough understanding and site based experience in the use of Primavera on other industrial construction projects.
In exchange for your long-term commitment to this vital site based position, an excellent contract rate will be offered to the successful applicant. working on a 3/1 FIFO roster.
