Site Office - PA/ Administration
Local Karratha Based Position
Immediate Start Required
Temporary Position with View to Permanence
Supporting both the construction and energy industries, our client is currently developing a new project in local Karratha. Providing both general administration and PA support to the Project Management Team, this position requires a flexible individual to grow with the project and develop this newly created role and office. Responsibilities will include:
- Ability to create new office system inc. document control, filing, spreadsheets, office management systems
- General Administration and PA support to Project Management Team
- Booking flights, roster and accommodation
- Organise training schedules
- Happy to help with ad hoc tasks i.e. errands, coffee for visitors
- General accounts support using MEX for invoicing, purchase orders, wages, time sheet entry
- Data base maintenance
- Learn and develop Project Policy & Procedures
Applicants should be local Karratha based residents available to work 8am to 4pm daily with this small but growing team. We expect the first 6 to 9 months to be relatively fast paced, and therefore applicants should be able to work effectively under these conditions. Commencing as a Temp, applicants should display: - Similar industry experience
- Project and on-site exposure
- Strong ability to develop and provide accurate reports to management
- Good understanding of office financials and manage efficiently
- Ability to set up new office
- Team player with a sense of humour
- Min. 3-5 years administrative experience
