This position involves overseeing the production and maintenance aspects of a number of major coal mines in Queensland. Your responsibilities will include mentoring, motivating and leading staff, managing mining operations, developing client relationships and controlling resources to deliver project outcomes.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven background in large scale mining projects ideally in open cut coal. You will also have previous experience in a Project Management capacity and hold formal engineering ????? ?????.
