    My client is a forward thinking Pharmaceutical organisation at the forefront of technology. With a number new drugs for release over the next 3 years this innovative organisation is a leader in their field. Due to internal movement my client are looking for a Hospital Key Account Manager⁄Specialist Rep to be part of their Urology business unit. This company is extremely patient focused and have an excellent reputation in industry, they are looking for a passionate, motivated, enthusiastic individual who will go the extra mile to get the job done.

     

    This organisation boast a very adult environment with reps encouraged to run their territories like a "business within a business", make decisions and be accountable for their own actions..

    The Role

    Develop and maintain new and existing relationships with key opinion leaders

    Identify new business opportunities

    Educate and supporting KOL's

    The Candidate

    ·The ideal candidate will have 2 years plus as a Hospital Specialist Rep⁄Hospital Key Account Manager 

    ·Ability to absorb and relay extremely technical scientific information

    ·Ideally degree qualified in Science⁄Health⁄business

    ·Patient care and customer focused

    ·Well presented, dynamic individual who plans, is extremely organised and sets high standards for themselves

    ·This person going into this role will have opportunity to grow with a company that will be releasing a number of new drugs in the next 3 years.
