    About the role

    Based in Perth and reporting to the Business Manager - , the Manager – Sales and Contracts will develop relationships with key customers and build additional partnerships with clients through innovative sales research and market knowledge. This role is responsible for identifying customer problems and highlighting the solutions which GroundProbe can offer with its leading edge technology.

    • A highly motivated individual, able to set priorities and meet deadlines, and be a strong team player;
    • Able to identify and adopt a solution focussed technology partnership with all customers and ensure customers are kept aware of new advances in the technology and operational improvements;
    • Proficient in developing and sustaining relationships with key personnel from customer partnerships through extensive communication and site visits;

    Desirable Skills

    • You will be able to identify customer problems and clearly articulate the value proposition of GroundProbe’s solutions to the key decision maker and other members involved in purchasing;
    • Prepare proposal and contract documents and finalize the deal;
    • Generate additional leads through strategic clients, conferences/exhibitions, telephone/email enquiries, monitoring ????? ?????, and industry networks;
    • Complex solution  and strategic selling skills.

    Experience

    • Minimum 10+ years experience in Sales and/or Sales Management.
    • Solution Sales for the mining or Technology industries.
    • Will be required to demonstrate past sales performance.
