  • Our client is a publicly listed Australian company which has grown considerably though acquisition and is now seeking organic growth in this competitive market. As a result, this newly created position will revolutionise the way they do business to maintain their position as leaders in their industry.

    With a proven track record of success within B2B sales you will also lead and develop a small team of 2 sales people and report to the local General Manager with a dotted line to the Executive General Manager – Sales and Marketing.

    The position:-
    • Identify and develop strategic new business opportunities within a B2B services and maximising business profitability whilst minimising costs
    • Consultative/ solution selling to blue chip companies in the resources, oil and gas and construction industries
    • Prepare tender responses and submissions
    • Effectively manage internal and external stakeholder relationships to ensure a seamless sales process
    The requirements:-
    • Extensive experience in selling strategic solutions within the industrial services environment
    • Demonstrated commercial and financial acumen combined with an entrepreneurial consultative approach and a strong results orientation
    • Track record in overachieving new business sales targets within a B2B sales environment
    • Proven experience in building and leveraging client relationships at all levels
    • Ability to manage and develop a small team of sales people
