WebFM is an award winning innovative Company specialising in leading edge on-line software for blue chip Government and Industry organisations in the commercial building and construction sector.
Due to expansion we have an opportunity for the right applicant to set-up and head our Perth office. In this role you will be responsible for delivery of a range of sales consulting services for our unique on-line software product. This award winning product is now used by the major construction firms in Australia on approx $5b in projects covering Health, Defence, Retail, Office, Recreation, Transport and PPP developments.
This is an excellent career opportunity for someone with the capability to establish and grow the West Australian office.
The following skills/experience are essential
- Relevant Industry sales experience in related sectors
- Sound capability in client relations, market development and sales management to meet targets
- Ability to think outside the box and provide sound common sense solutions
- Have excellent written and verbal skills
- Must have permanent Australian Residency
- Australian Drivers License
Desirable
- Qualifications in sales, marketing, and or construction/related disciplines
- Previous sales experience in the FM/ construction industry software
- Experience in sales development in new and emerging markets
- Self starter and capable of establishing market
