Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you are a leader with proven experience in:
- High Volume Retail Management
- Supporting, leading, motivating and developing your team
- Creating a dynamic and product people oriented culture
- Driving a strong customer focus
- Inventory management, merchandising and stock presentation
- Achieving budgeted sales, profitability and growth
- Manage complex merchandise ranges.
You are enthusiastic, friendly and dedicated to the on-going development of your team. You have the drive to meet and exceed sales targets and you understand many facets of retail management, while ensuring ????? ????? possible standard of customer service.
