This is a pivotal role that operates as a direct support to the Store Manager and is responsible for executing service strategies that reinforce a premium consumer experience.

Do you have a proven track record with the following?

• Providing leadership on the sales floor
• Developing direct reports to meet performance expectations
• Ensuring ????? ????? profitability targets are met
• Ensure long term business growth in accordance with company philosophy, policies and procedures.
• Store Management or Senior 2IC
• Have an apparel, footwear or a retail background
• Experience with bringing a brand to life through reward, recognition and coaching of your team.
• Profit and loss, which is inclusive of sales ratios, wages and rostering, as well as product performance.
• True merchant flair with a natural eye when it comes to VM.

You will also be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and will be able to demonstrate a clear history of the ability to lead and manage your team to success. A competitive salary package will be negotiated with the successful candidate........this is a role not to be missed!
