Vita Group is Australia's largest Telstra dealer, with approximately 180 stores nationally. We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Managers to lead our successful sales teams at new stores opening in North Perth locations. Our relationship with Telstra means that you will be dealing with the highest quality telecommunications products and services as well as an iconic brand name.
In your role you will effectively managing controllable expenses, ensure all staff deliver a superior level of customer service, coach and develop the sales team in order to exceed KPI’s and have an understanding of reports including P&L.

You will work approximately 38 hours per week across a 7 day retail roster including weekends and public holidays.
