Critical and fundamental to Myer is ongoing training to ensure our Beauty Advisors and Counter Managers are up to date with the latest products and selling techniques.

BEAUTY ADVISORS

Successful Beauty Advisors are highly motivated with a results oriented focus to drive sales and meet targets whilst educating customers in the features and benefits of specific product ranges.

You will need a strong customer service and selling focus with a natural confidence that will inspire our customers and your co-workers. Excellent interpersonal skills are paramount with experience in the beauty industry and/or retail highly regarded.

COSMETIC COUNTER MANAGERS

Counter Managers focus on developing and implementing strategies to increase our client base whilst encouraging and motivating a team of Beauty Advisors. You will lead, manage and motivate your team to remain results focussed and drive sales and meet targets.

You will need proven Customer Service and Selling skills and demonstrated leadership ability with a management style to inspire your team. Excellent communication skills are a must as is a creative flair for product initiatives and events. Experience in achieving budgeted sales targets and beauty industry and/or cosmetics experience is essential.

At Myer, you will work across our store key trading hours including late night trade and weekends.
