Coles Express is Australia's largest convenience retail network with over 600 sites, providing customers with competitively priced, quality fuels at the most convenient locations across Australia. We have a unique opportunity for a talented and motivated individual, experienced in Retail Operations to join the Coles Express team.

This position will give you the opportunity to lead and coach a team of up to 18 Site Managers in a fast paced, dynamic retail environment. This role will see you take primary responsibility for customer service initiatives, retail merchandising, profit management, expense management, stock control, and health and safety issues. You will also hold accountability for security and loss prevention initiatives.

To meet the challenges of this role you will have comprehensive operations experience in retail management. Experience in a multi site or multi department role will give you an ideal background. You will have the ability to actively build and lead team members through your strong interpersonal skills and effective communication techniques. Current drivers licence is essential as is the ability to travel.
