This successful volume based retailer is one of the most established within the industry. To continue their success, they require an experienced retail multi-site leader with a strong work ethic, a “can do attitude” and a leadership style that recognises the importance of people. You will have direct accountability for approx 10 - 15 stores in WA (metro & regional).
In this fast paced business, your creative merchandising and store presentation skills will be paramount to the success of your stores. You will be a ‘hands on’ manager and an inspiration to your team, with a sound knowledge of KPI’s, profit and loss and team building.
You will have at least 3 – 4 years Area/Regional Management experience with a career history that demonstrates successful achievements in a fast paced retail high volume environment.
