Our property team has a fantastic career opportunity for a talented individual who is passionate about property and wants to contribute to a high performing team. This administration support role will see you use your property knowledge and administration skills to assist our Retail Leasing Managers with the delivery of property objectives. This will involve development and coordination of documentation and preparation of board level submissions and reports. You will also have the opportunity to gain exposure to negotiations of new store leases, store expansions/downsizes, lease negotiations and redevelopment agreements.

This role will ideally suit an individual who is highly motivated and willing to take a flexible and supportive approach to their work. Ideally with experience or knowledge of property principles, your ability to provide exceptional support across our leasing function will be critical to your success. Your proven experience supporting managers and teams, ideally within a property environment, will provide you with the ideal background for this role. Integral for your success will be your ability to communicate effectively with key customers and external parties. Strong organizational and planning skills are a must and the ability to think strategically and laterally to solve problems will see you excel in this role.
