Diving, Fabrication and Engineering Business Units

Our client’s head office based in Perth, Western Australia and is one of Australia’s leading providers of integrated engineered solutions to the international oil and gas, marine and renewable energy industries.

 Due to a significant phase of growth driven by strategic acquisition, our client is currently hiring ????? ????? new roles.  These positions are within the Senior Management group across our Offshore Services and Engineering ????? ?????.  All positions will be reporting directly to the Regional Vice President of Australasia (RVP).

 The positions lie across the Business Units involved in Diving, Welding and Engineering ????? ????? you have specific Oil & Gas General Management experience in any of these fields please apply below. 

• The General Manager will be fully accountable for the operation of this business unit, where results will be measured in terms of managing the business towards sustained profit growth.   

• In conjunction with the RVP and other key senior staff, you will be expected to prepare a strategy and business plan to deliver this growth within the business.  

• You will work with key staff in preparing ????? ????? proposals for clients, drive collaboration across the business units and ensure that all company processes and procedures are carried out in an efficient, effective and timely manner. 

• You will include co-ordination of budgets, forecasts and cash management.  

• You will be providing leadership and direction to the business unit from selection to career planning.

 To be successful in this newly created position, the minimum criteria will need to be met:  

• You will have had Degree and/or recognised management qualification
• 12+ year’s experience of which 7 should be in a managerial/leadership role, within the Diving, Engineering ????? ????? Services industry.
• Managerial experience in a large organisation preferable
• Business Management Experience
• Proven Leadership ability essential
