This established organisation, with existing operations throughout Australia currently has an outstanding opportunity in-house for a commercially minded lawyer with proven communication skills.

Working with a team of high calibre professionals, you will liaise with senior lawyers and management to gain a unique insight into legal matters and litigation affecting the business. As a primary point of contact for the organisation, you will then consult and advise the relevant parties on these matters; draft legal documents and correspondence and manage all administrative functions, including the supervision of support staff.

To be considered for this unique position, you will have 3-4 years post qualification experience, a broad civil litigation background and an understanding of the Corporations Act.
You will also have well developed problem solving skills, a high attention to detail and proven organisational skills. A team player, you will have the ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
