Our client is ideally seeking to recruit a 3-4 year Corporate Lawyer who has worked in a large firm on large corporate projects and some energy and resources transactions. Candidates who have completed articles / rotations in a top tier environment and have 1-2 years working with a corporate team on such transactions will be highly regarded. The successful candidate will also ideally possess an excellent academic record, a proven team approach, as well as the ability to develop and maintain sound client relationships.
