  • This is an exciting time for Litigation Secretaries to make a move into a new role.

    Join a team in two of the most variety focussed areas of law, Insolvency and Intellectual Property. These busy teams will keep you occupied, and you will be supporting Senior Associates, Lawyers and Partners.

    If you have experience working in litigation, are able to prioritise your work and are calm under pressure - this could be the role you have been waiting for!

    You will be involved in a whole range of Legal Secretarial duties, including:

    • Dictaphone and copy typing
    • Organising meetings and booking conference rooms
    • Extensive diary management and making travel arrangements
    • Marking up and amending documents
    • Processing expenses and assisting with monthly billings
    • High levels of client liaison
    • Opening and closing files
    • Maintaining precedents
    • General administrative duties and much much more!

    If you are open to new practices, work well autonomously and are able to meet deadlines this could be the role you have been waiting for. As the successful applicant you will require at least two to five years relevant experience as a Legal Secretary working within litigation.

    An understanding of the importance of confidentiality and litigation experience is essential. Strong WP skills are required teamed with excellent Legal Secretarial skills.
