An exciting opportunity exists with my client in the resources sector. They seek a professional Service Delivery Manager. This is a senior role within the company and the remit is to deliver and manage all support related issues and take ownership for future service levels. The areas of responsibility include systems administration, security administration, directory services, network administration, service monitoring ????? ?????, storage management and job scheduling. Your team will be approximately 16 people, so solid management experience is essential.
As a pro-active manager you will add value to the business through the optimisation of cost, performance, capacity and availability in the delivery of IT services. A large part of the role will be cost management and strategically assessing ways to streamline processes and improve service levels across the IT organisation.
The role is CBD based and will suit someone already in the resources sector or looking to develop their career in the booming sector.
The salary package is excellent and reflects the seniority of this role.
