Expressions of interest are sought fromsuitably qualified people wishing to become trainers.A ChemCert WA trainer needs a broad understanding of chemical-use issues and must be able to engage and deliver to people ofvarying abilities and experience from all industry sectors.Qualifications may include teaching degree, tertiary qualificationsin agricultural/related industry or relevant experience in agronomy,veterinary or chemical distribution/sales. Adult educationexperience and/or understanding of competency based trainingand assessment highly regarded. Applicants MUST hold Certificate IV in Assessment andWorkplace Training (BSZ40198), or Cert IV in Training andAssessment (TAA 40101).Potential trainers may expect to deliver 5-6 courses a year and beprepared to travel.
