You will work closely with other members of your team, taking over the warm temp desk. You will be responsible, in part, for identifying business opportunities and passing the information onto the BDM for follow up.
Primary Functions
* Maximising on internal and external networks for continued knowledge and development.
* Establishing business opportunities with existing and potential clients
* Creating, maintaining and developing working relationships with candidates and clients alike;
* Managing candidates throughout the assignment and beyond;
* Managing client expectations by setting and monitoring service level agreements;
* Building and maintaining internal networks to enhance business opportunities A solid team focus with a positive attitude
Essential skills and Knowledge
* Highly developed interpersonal skills
* The capacity to self-manage and work independently
* Knowledge of blue-collar industries, especially transport and logistics, is an advantage
* Excellent computer and administrative expertise
* The ability to confidently communicate at all levels of business
