Located in the heart of the CBD this 5 star internationally recognised hotel is seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive with a 'can do' attitude to join the team. This is a stylish establishment in a fantastic location, and is a terrific opportunity for a career minded hospitality sales professional.

Reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing, your primary responsibility will be the achieve of budget in forecasted room revenues in accommodation and other hotel revenue generating areas. As an extremely motivated and goal seeking individual, you will have no hesitation in arranging client site inspections and promoting the fantastic outlets and facilities on offer. You need to be proactive and dependable, constantly looking for opportunities to up sell and actively seeking new business to achieve set budgetary requirements.

In addition, you will need to display extremely high levels of professionalism resulting in the formation of solid client relationships to ensure repeat business, utilise strong business acumen and communication skills whilst keeping up to date with competitors' activity in the marketplace.
