Your role will involve selling a specialist portfolio of surgical consumables and specialist accessories into the OR. The products include: Drapes, Gowns, Surgical Apparel, Sterile Packs, Surgical Clippers, Suction, Respiratory and other Infection Control products.
This is a highly ethical and customer focused company and the role is suited to a well motivated and results orientated sales professional who can use their business development skills to open doors and account management skills to enhance existing relationships.
To be considered you will have:
• 3-5 years direct selling experience ( in a tangible sales process ) with at least 1 year selling into hospitals
• Able to demonstrate the principles of selling techniques, negotiation experience, time management and forward planning skills
• Sophisticated communication skills from listening to being articulate and fluent in business presentation
• Proven relationship management and development skills at all levels including internally with peers, management and support staff
• Awareness and understanding of the Operating Theatre workflow plus familiarity with the sales process within public / private hospitals eg contract / tenders
• Anatomy & physiology knowledge in relation to surgical procedures
• Well presented, exceptional attitude, goal orientated, customer focused and always ready to accept a challenge then meet it head on
Salary package on offer is circa $100k depending on your experience plus an attractive incentive scheme circa $40,000 which is uncapped.
