This industry leading aged care provider is seeking an energetic and entrepreneurial aged care professional to lead their facility in Greenmount. Offering a blend both heritage and modern living for its family of residents, this 97 bed facility provides high care, low care and dementia care services.

You will be required to bring your clinical expertise and commitment to ongoing quality of care and dedication to making a difference in the residents lives. Backed by your experience in aged care, you will be energetic with an entrepreneurial spirit and have a natural ability to lead and develop staff. You will have the responsibility for the day to day running of the facility including budgets and resident care. There is also the possibility of some redevelopment at the facility in the near future.

The successful applicant may have previous facility management experience or be looking to take their experience and step up into this management position. Most importantly, you must be able to meet the following criteria:

• Strong assessment and clinical skills
• Working knowledge of the ACFI funding model
• Excellent communication skills
• Commitment to staff leadership and development
• Division 1 Registration
