  • Our client, a Top Tier Firm is looking for an enthusiastic Portfolio Administrator to join their expanding team. You will be responsible for the administration of portfolio admin client's and individual managed clients portfolios, dividends and corporate actions.

    Your duties will include:-

    • Producing annual tax reports for clients portfolios
    • Produce and Print reconciled Monthly and Quarterly reports
    • Provide advisor support regarding their clients accounts
    • Research clients holdings for the re-creation of new clients portfolios
    • Issue required fund transfer requests to Treasury Department and external lenders
    To be successful in this role you will have a good understanding of tax matters in relation to share trading and a good knowledge of functions and departments within a broking firm. A knowledge of IRESS, Star, Word and Excel would also be an advantage.
