An exciting opportunity within one of Australia's major banks has arisen for a Client Assistant within their Private Banking area.
The purpose of the role is to provide support to the Client Manager in the management of a portfolio of the Bank's top 1% of customers.
The main responsibilities of the role are:-
- Support Client Manager to service their customer relationships
- Document preparation for Lending services
- Following up on loan documentation, maintenance and renewals
- Understand key requirements of credit
- Assist with customer enquiries - lending, deposits and investments,credit cards etc
- First point of contact for dedicated clients
