State Manager - WA
$90,000 + super + motor vehicle + bonus
Our client is an established Australian manufacturing ????? ????? operations located in five states.
This role is a senior management position reporting to the Chief Executive Officer. The successful applicant will be responsible for the sales, financial results, administration and operation of the business in Western Australia.
The ideal background will include tertiary education and previous experience in a similar role including a solid track record in business management.
Key responsibilities:
· Achieve targets and grow the business through development of new and existing sales.
· Manage production and distribution operations for maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction.
· Ensure all employees are motivated and working to their ability.
· Ensure safety, health and environment standards are practiced and maintained.
Commercial acumen, together with well developed planning and people skills are essential for this hands on and challenging management position.
