This is an excellent opportunity for you as a Principal level Geotechnical Engineer to join a leading geotechnical team in Perth.
You will play a key role within a large design team consisting of geotechnical engineers, designers and tunnel engineers. You will be working on major infrastructure, resource and urban development projects throughout Australia & overseas sites.
As the Geotechnical Design Leader, you will be working closely with other head engineers to achieve overall project goals. Your role will involve but is not limited to:
- Strengthening the technical capabilities of your team
- Business development
- Leading a team
- Project management
- Resource allocation of work
- Mentoring ????? ?????
- Assisting with recruitment and budgeting of the team
- Design of numerous projects
This role would suit a qualified Senior Geotechnical Engineer with over 15+ years experience. Experience working on a range of civil projects is required as well as a solid background in design, modelling and analysis. A good understanding of Australian standards/ legislation is critical.
Salary will be based on experience but will be in the region of $120k- $160k + benefits. Salaries outside this range will be considered for exceptional levels of experience.
