Our client is currently looking for a highly passionate and commercially focused people manager to lead their Distribution Design Governance Section. Ultimately you’ll manage the resources and activities associated with developing; effective training programs, new information management systems and quality assurance processes. You'll provide collaborative and constructive leadership and will drive sustainable improvements in design practises, technical and operational standards, safety and environmental management and technical excellence.
Highly commercial in your thinking you'll utilise your influencing skills to develop effective internal and external stakeholder relationships that will encourage seamless planning and delivery of work to the highest Australian standards. You’ll be a qualified electrical engineer, self motivated in nature with significant experience in leading and developing a team. Experience in Distribution would be advantageous though not essential.
